Ron has an entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in helping clients establish strategic business priorities as well as execute on investment opportunities using the full breadth of tools to achieve their strategic goals (e.g. M&A, partnerships, licensing and equity investments - $500M+ in Closed Transactions).  He brings over 20 years of experience in corporate development, strategy and operational management.  He has had the benefit of working with both Fortune 500 companies (GE, Coca-Cola and Republic Services) and numerous mid-size and start-up operations.  His secret sauce is that he steps into the shoes of his clients to understand their pain points / inefficiencies and overlooked opportunities to help them map out the appropriate path forward.  He also adds an international frame of reference having conducted business in over 25 different countries.
