EEnginuity Group, LLC

2015 - Present

Chief Operating Officer: and Shareholder. Instrumental in EE design, evaluation of administrative systems in design, assessment of various company acquisition targets. Interaction with company investors and development of the pre and post-closing transition plans. Upon closing of the acquisitions, to be the liaison and coordinator among the company presidents as it relates to IT and operational activity.

 

EFM Integrated, LLC

2003 - Present

Principal:  As sole owner, responsible for all of EFM’s development and operations.  EFM specializes in creating Software as a Service (SaaS) from proven paper-based systems.  Systems have focused on Emergency Management for cities, counties, and states; and assessment of residences for children at-risk from chronic ailments.  EFM has developed the Hazard Vulnerability Analysis Tool, Healthy Home Manager, The Challenge, and The Checkup.

 

Oread, Inc

1998 - 2001

Chief Operating Officer:  Responsible for monitoring, and managing the day-to-day operations of all Oread entities.  Responsible for the overall design and implementation of operational protocols, as well as operating the business within the financial model.  Responsible for the budgets and construction of all capital projects. Provided design, review, and recommendations for client project initiated facility modifications. Responsible for all facility and information technology functions and budgets. The Oread organization provided contract pharmaceutical drug development, manufacturing, and manufacturing support to the pharmaceutical industry and was a first of its kind.

Professional Service Industries, Inc

1990 -1998

Executive Vice President:  Responsible for the operations of two regions in the country with over 580 employees which provided services in the civil and environmental engineering arenas and laboratory testing.  Developed systems to monitor operational SOP’s and QC/QA procedures.  Participated in team for all acquisition due diligence and executive committee for all company insurance renewal and risk control. Served as co-principal-in-charge for the development and implementation of a corporate wide information and data network.  Proposed and co-developed the Facilities Consulting and Engineering (FCE) service line which provided new fees to the company.

Kansas Corporation Commission

1986 -1987

Program Development:  Completed an 18-month appointment to the Research and Energy Analysis division.  Designed and implemented operations to monitor and analyze energy conservation within the state per federal mandate.   Designed and programmed the first residential energy audit program for the State of Kansas.  Later used in several other states.

Hall-Kimbrell Environmental Services

1987 - 1989

Operations Manager – Construction Management:  Developed operational procedures to provide Construction Management services for environmental projects.  Developed a program for monitoring and management of asbestos abatement construction projects that varied from small school buildings to complex hi-rise facilities. Hired and trained a team of over 100 to inspect and monitor these same projects. Developed a program to hire and train 100 interns each spring/summer to augment our workforce.   Implemented the use of desktop computers to do project management and reporting. The division became the largest within Hall-Kimbrell.
