Licensed Business Intermediary with The Enginuity Group, Albany Territory. Provides complete array of sell side and buy side services in addition to various M&A related consulting services. Manages the process of packaging and selling companies as well as the reverse with buyers seeking to acquire companies meeting certain criteria.

Kumar is a senior management and technology professional, entrepreneur and research scholar with more than 25 years of management, consulting, technology, manufacturing and leadership experience in a variety of Industrial sectors. He is currently the Principal with the Enginuity group for the New York area. He has successfully founded two other companies. He also sits on the Board of a 15 Billion USD Financial Services firm based in Massachusetts, USA. 

He has consulted for the major Consulting firms including

KPMG/Bearing Point

at a consulting and leadership level. 

As a consultant, he has engaged with M&A, Organizational restructuring, Organizational Transformation and large program implementations such as Dow, Hershey, GE, CSC, four state governments, Exxon Mobil etc. 

His expertise and research interests include Organizational Economics, Reorganization, Restructuring, Process improvement, Business Process Re-engineering, Enhancing business value, Management Consulting, Valuation etc.

He speaks three languages including French.
